Engineered with an advanced suite of intelligent vision tools, the MV-SC3013XM-12M-WBN supports comprehensive industrial inspection needs. Its measurement toolset includes P2P (Point-to-Point), P2L (Point-to-Line), contrast measurement, grayscale analysis, edge width measurement, brightness analysis, diameter measurement, and line angle calculations. The sensor excels in detecting object presence through spot, edge, contour, circle, and line existence tools, alongside powerful pattern and anomaly detection functions.
The device’s counting capabilities include spot count, edge count, contour count, pattern count, and learning-based counting, providing reliable inspection for multi-piece components, assembly verification, and part tracking. Its recognition functions enable multi-object counting, code recognition, OCR, classification registration, and object detection, ensuring accurate identification of characters, barcodes, categories, and product variations during high-speed production.
With integrated deep learning capabilities, including DL classification and DL object detection, the SC3000X series can reliably handle complex surfaces, variable textures, and dynamic visual conditions—making it suitable for advanced quality inspection, defect detection, and automated sorting. The device facilitates flexible application development by supporting up to 32 project files with easy project import/export, enabling quick production-line changeovers.
The camera delivers superior imaging with a 1216 × 1024 resolution, 6.9 µm pixels, 60 fps frame rate, and a wide exposure range from 6 µs to 1 second, allowing precise control over brightness and motion capture. The Mono 8 pixel format ensures sharp and consistent grayscale imaging, ideal for feature extraction and measurement-driven applications.
