The MV-SC2005AC-03WBN is a high-precision SC2000A AGV Guide Sensor engineered to deliver superior navigation accuracy, reliable code detection, and stable visual guidance for automated guided vehicles (AGVs). Featuring a 0.5MP global shutter CMOS sensor, this device offers distortion-free image capture even during rapid AGV movements, ensuring consistent performance across demanding industrial environments.
With an M12 3.4 mm focal-length lens and a fixed 100 mm working distance, the sensor provides an optimal balance of clarity and depth, enabling accurate path tracking and code reading within a compact field. Its 86.9° wide field of view and coverage range of 114 mm × 85 mm make it ideal for AGV line-following, positioning, and corridor navigation tasks.
The MV-SC2005AC-03WBN supports 2D symbologies (DM-12, DM-14) and operates at an impressive 96 fps, achieving up to 83 codes per second. It reliably supports AGV running speeds up to 3 m/s, backed by outstanding measurement capabilities including 0.1 mm displacement accuracy and 0.1° angle accuracy. This ensures smooth AGV movement, precise path correction, and dependable performance in dynamic logistics and manufacturing applications.
The device offers extensive connectivity with support for SmartSDK, UDP, Serial, Modbus, Profinet, and EthernetIP, enabling seamless integration into industrial automation systems. The 12-pin M12 connector provides both power and RS-485 communication, while Fast Ethernet (100 Mbit/sec) enables efficient data transmission. The sensor features optimized power usage at 18 W with internal lighting and 3 W without it.
Designed for durability and versatility, the MV-SC2005AC-03WBN features an IP65-rated enclosure (with proper waterproof lens cap), protecting it from dust, splashes, and harsh operating conditions. It performs reliably across a broad temperature range of –10°C to 50°C and in humidity conditions up to 90% without condensation.
