The MV-SC2005AC-02WBN is a high-performance SC2000A AGV Guide Sensor designed to deliver precise navigation and reliable code reading for automated guided vehicles (AGVs) in industrial environments. Equipped with a 0.5MP global shutter CMOS sensor, it ensures fast, distortion-free image capture even in high-speed motion scenarios. With a 2.5mm M12 lens, 100mm fixed focal distance, and wide 93.8° field of view, this compact smart camera provides stable visual guidance in tight and dynamic workspaces.
Built to decode 2D symbologies such as DM-12 and DM-14, the SC2000A supports an impressive 96 fps frame rate and 83 codes per second reading speed. It accurately guides AGVs moving at speeds up to 3 m/s, offering exceptional displacement and angle accuracy (0.1 mm and 0.1°). With a pixel size of 4.8 µm and a resolution of 800 × 600, it achieves high image clarity for dependable path detection and tracking.
The device supports multiple industrial communication protocols, including SmartSDK, UDP, Serial, Modbus, Profinet, and EthernetIP, ensuring seamless integration with a wide range of automation systems. A robust 12-pin M12 connector provides both power supply and RS-485 communication, while Fast Ethernet enables rapid data transmission. Power consumption is optimized at 18 W with the light source enabled and 3 W when disabled.
Engineered for industrial reliability, the MV-SC2005AC-02WBN features an IP65-rated enclosure (with proper waterproof lens cap), making it suitable for harsh operating conditions. It operates flawlessly within a wide temperature range of –10°C to 50°C and supports 10–90% relative humidity.
