Despite its small footprint of only 38 × 38 × 19 mm, the sensor integrates a powerful and comprehensive vision tool suite designed to handle versatile industrial inspection scenarios. The measurement tools support P2L measurement, grayscale and contrast evaluation, brightness analysis, diameter and width measurement, edge width inspection, line angle analysis, and specialized color measurement and color size evaluation—making it suitable for tasks requiring precise color differentiation or part quality classification.
The existence tools enable robust detection of spots, edges, contours, circles, and lines, while the counting tools allow the system to perform spot counting, contour counting, color counting, and edge counting. These capabilities make the device highly effective for production line monitoring, electronics assembly, and packaging workflows. Additionally, its recognition tools—classification registration and color contrast—enhance its ability to distinguish between product variations, sort items based on color, or identify correct/incorrect parts. The built-in logic tools, including calculator, condition judge, logic judge, and combination judge, streamline decision-making within automated systems.
