MWL Series – Medium Duty Zinc Plated Castors (150 mm × 50 mm)
The MWL Series is a premium line of medium-duty pressed steel castors, designed to provide high performance, durability, and effortless mobility in demanding environments. Constructed from zinc-plated pressed steel, these castors offer superior corrosion resistance, ensuring long operational life even under frequent use in hospitals, hotels, laboratories, and light industrial facilities.
Each castor features a double ball race swivel head, delivering smooth 360° rotation for precise maneuverability. The swivel head is secured with a thick rivet and shielded by a nylon dust seal, effectively preventing dust and moisture ingress to enhance bearing life and performance. The wheel incorporates two sealed ball bearings, enabling force-less, smooth, and silent rolling motion even under substantial load conditions.
