MWL Series – Medium Duty Zinc Plated Castors (100 mm × 38 mm)
The MWL Series offers a robust range of medium-duty castors engineered for superior strength, reliability, and long-lasting performance. Constructed from zinc-plated pressed steel, these castors provide excellent corrosion and wear resistance, making them ideal for commercial, medical, and institutional environments.
Each castor is designed with a double ball race swivel head, ensuring smooth 360° rotation and easy maneuverability. The swivel assembly is secured with a thick rivet and protected by a nylon dust seal, which prevents the ingress of dust and debris for extended operational life. The wheel is fitted with two sealed ball bearings, delivering smooth, noise-free, and force-less rolling performance under load.
Available in pillar and brake type configurations, the MWL Series is ideally suited for hotel and hospital furniture, service trolleys, carts, and light industrial applications, where effortless movement and stability are essential.
