Ltd., this high-performance screed combines the strength of cement with the lightweight insulating properties of expanded clay, microspheres, and mineral additives.

Designed for modern sustainable construction, INSULMIX ROOF SCREED enhances building energy efficiency by significantly reducing heat transfer through roofs. By lowering roof surface temperatures and supporting passive cooling, it reduces HVAC load by up to 15–20%, ensuring substantial energy savings and long-term comfort.
