Industrial Sliding Doors are designed to meet the needs of various industrial, commercial, and residential spaces. Available in conventional sliding, telescopic, and craneway types, these doors are suitable for applications such as warehouses, airports, shipyards, and more. They come with bottom-mounted installation, offering clear widths up to 10,000mm for single leaf or 20,000mm for double leaf doors, and can reach a maximum height of 12,000mm (larger dimensions available on request). The doors operate with impressive opening and closing speeds of up to 0.16 m/s, with options for 0.3 m/s speeds as well.The door frames are made of square or rectangular steel hollow tubular sections, with cladding options including PPGL/PPGI corrugated sheets, MS/GI/SS304/SS316 sheets, or Puff/Rockwool panels with pre-painted sheets on both sides. The doors are sealed with rubber seals on the sides and brush seals on the bottom, ensuring a secure and tight closure. The bottom rail consists of a C channel with a round polished bar, and the doors are equipped with Italian-made galvanized wheels with ball bearings for smooth movement.Industrial Sliding Doors feature a robust rack-driven drive unit with an integral electronic control unit, offering intensive use capabilities. The operator has an IP44 rating, with options for higher protection ratings. In the event of a power failure, a key-operated emergency manual operation is available. Safety features include external route monitoring with photocells, and the doors are CE marked according to the European Machinery Directive. These doors are ideal for spaces that require frequent use and durable performance, providing security and reliability in a wide range of environments.
