Indev Infra Private Limited operates world-class Free Trade Warehouse Zones (FTWZs) — specialized facilities established under India’s Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Act with a clear focus on international trading and warehousing. Chennai FTWZ (Established 2013)

Located in Sriperumbudur, 50 km from Chennai Port and 35 km from Chennai Airport.

Caters to South and East India, offering 2,00,000 sq. ft. of racked and non-racked storage with a 10,000-pallet high-bay capacity.

Features specialized storage chambers at +15°C to +25°C and +2°C to +8°C, along with dust-free, air-conditioned zones ideal for Pharma and Life Sciences cargo.

Mundra FTWZ (Established 2017)

Port-based FTWZ located 8 km from Mundra Port and 60 km from Kandla Port, serving West and North India.

Spread across 15 acres, featuring 1,50,000 sq. ft. of storage with 8,000 pallet positions, mezzanine zones, and container yards for ODC and break-bulk operations.

Includes Value-Added Service Areas for labeling, kitting, repacking, and custom operations.

Both facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified, compliant with Fire NOCs, and equipped with ultramodern safety and automation systems — ensuring high efficiency, traceability, and cargo safety.

Value-Added Services (VAS):

Stickering, labeling, packing, repacking, and kitting (CKD, SKD, piece picking).

Temperature-controlled and dust-free environments for specialized storage.

Container yard management for FCL, LCL, and oversized cargo handling.
