Description
The Column-Based Mezzanine Floor System by Alphalogic Industries Limited is a lightweight, durable, and space-optimizing steel flooring solution designed to maximize the vertical height of warehouses, factories, and storage facilities. This system features grouted vertical columns supporting a horizontal grid of beams, upon which decking panels are assembled to create an elevated platform that significantly expands usable floor area.
Custom-engineered to suit the layout and load requirements of each facility, the system can be designed for uniform distributed loads (UDL) ranging from 500 kg/sqm to 1500 kg/sqm and heights between 2.4 meters to 3 meters. For installations exceeding 3 meters, Alphalogic ensures enhanced stability and safety through reinforced column and beam design. Both single-tier and two-tier configurations are available, depending on operational and space requirements.
The mezzanine structure is modular and relocatable, allowing easy assembly, expansion, or dismantling as the warehouse evolves. The powder-coated finish provides corrosion resistance, aesthetic appeal, and long life.
