The BSLBATT 80V Lithium-Ion Forklift Battery is designed to meet the highest standards of performance, power, and reliability for Toyota 8FB30 forklifts. Engineered for demanding industrial applications such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers, this battery provides superior energy efficiency and operational dependability compared to traditional lead-acid batteries.
Unlike conventional batteries, the BSLBATT 80V Li-ion system delivers consistent power output throughout the entire discharge cycle, ensuring maximum performance and minimal downtime. It is significantly lighter than equivalent lead-acid batteries while maintaining the optimal weight required to keep the drive wheel grounded for safe and stable operation.
These batteries are available in various heights (22.5”, 26.0”, and 29.5”) and widths (7.5”–30.5”), offering flexibility to fit different forklift models. Depending on the application, they can weigh as little as 290 lbs and typically operate with a standalone 480V, 3-phase charger. For enhanced convenience and portability, certain models are also equipped with a 110V, 56A Built-in Charger (BIC).
