Introduction

A Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily operations at a warehouse by allocating resources, managing activities, and coordinating with clients and regulatory bodies. The individual is responsible for measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Decision Science-Based Resource Allocation and Streamline Operations (LSC/N0127)
    • Prepare daily work plan and allocate resources using decision tools.
    • Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness norms.
    • Resolve escalated issues and ensure warehouse infrastructure upkeep.
  2. Supervise Receiving Inventory and Dispatch Activities (LSC/N0128)
    • Supervise loading and unloading activities.
    • Oversee AI-based automated QC activities.
    • Monitor inventory and prepare reports on receipt and dispatch performance.
  3. Supervise VAS/Packaging (LSC/N0201)
    • Ensure compliance with packaging and labeling requirements.
    • Verify product details and conduct random checks for authenticity.
    • Supervise binning, crating, and palletization processes.
  4. Maintain and Monitor Integrity and Ethics in Operations (LSC/N9908)
