Ops-Hunt 2024, organized by @opsigma_iift, OPsigma The Operations and Supply Chain Club, IIFT Delhi, is a case study competition focusing on operations and supply chain management.
The challenge aims to evaluate participants' decision-making skills under constraints and assess their managerial instincts in solving relevant cases.
This competition is integral to IIFT Delhi's Annual Cultural and Management Fest - Quo Vadis 2024.

Case Objectives:
• Evaluate the trade-off between the higher rental cost of Grade A warehouses and the potential ROI regarding operational and cost efficiencies.
• Assess the impact of automation in Grade A warehouses on overall cost per square foot, storage costs, turnaround time, etc.
• Analyze the long-term financial benefits of Grade A warehouses, considering their advanced capabilities and potential for increased operational productivity.
• Suggest sectors and industries that demonstrate a more suitable application for this scenario.
