It was a privilege to meet Mr. T. V. Narendran Sir,
CEO & Managing Director, Tata Steel, and President, AIMA.
Sir graciously heard AIMA Young Leaders Council’s vision of building the next generation of leaders for India.
His insights and guidance were deeply thoughtful and reaffirmed the role of youth as a critical pillar in India’s growth journey.
What stood out most was his humility and strong belief in young leaders. That conviction, coming from a leader of his stature, was truly energising.
It was also an honour representing AIMA YLC and Hyphen SCS at the AIMA Council of Management Meeting in Kolkata (23 Dec 2025) and learning from distinguished leaders across industry.
Grateful to President Sir and Ms. Rekha Sethi, Director General, AIMA, for the opportunity to be part of the AIMA Council of Management (2025–26).
